We see Lean as the balance between three axes: a clear purpose, processes that flow and people who make them their own.

The five principles

1Define the value of the product or service from the customer's point of view.
2Identify the value stream and the activities that add nothing.
3Create a continuous flow, with no interruptions or waiting.
4Let demand pull the process (pull).
5Pursue continuous improvement towards perfection.
